This link to your estimate is for the services fees only–purchases are billed separately through Materio, our procurement tool. We prefer payments through Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo, but can accept any other forms with a processing fee.

Upon approval of the scope and fees, we request 50% of the total for the deposit retainer, then we’ll collect the balance for the respective hours as we finalize each phase of the project. An invitation to your Materio project–the the budget, selections, and procurement tool–will be emailed to you separately.
All we need to get started are your floor plans, which you can upload to your Google Drive, email or text to us.
Mood boards for each room will be in your Materio project so you can see the design for each room, and the project as a whole, in a cohesive format.
You will receive an itemized purchase order that you pay to us for approved items, then we make all purchases in order to track and manage any damaged or incorrect items.
